Raised in Alabama, Ty developed his vocal ability singing southern gospel . Ty followed his dream to Nashville where he sang song demos and jingles and was a member of the Tennessee River Boys who were later to become Diamond Rio. Ty gained national attention as a Star Search finalist and then moved to Texas where he developed his ability to capture a crowd.



The past two years have been a whirlwind for Ty. Personal tragedy followed by personal triumph - a phenomenal comeback some speculated would never happen. Ty Herndon's convincing vocal ability, meaty songs and a blazing live stage show grip his audiences and have them screaming for more.
